What is ONLOOP?

ONLOOP is a screening reminder program for childhood cancer survivors.

  • A late effect is a health problem caused by cancer or the treatments used to cure cancer. Late effects can occur months or years after treatment. Screening tests can help find and treat late effects earlier.
  • ONLOOP was built to remind childhood cancer survivors about recommended screening tests and to help them complete their testing.
  • As part of ONLOOP, you will receive a personalized toolkit that includes information about treatments you received and screening tests.
  • We are here to help you access the screening tests you need! We will do this by sending you information about late effects and a reminder about your screening tests.
  • If you sign up for ONLOOP, you have the option to give us your family doctor's or nurse practitioner's contact information. If you give us permission, we will send them a letter with details about your cancer diagnosis and treatment. The letter will also remind them to talk to you about your health and the screening test(s) you need.

Even if you don't have a family doctor, you can still sign up for ONLOOP.
